Order and Delivery
| 1. Delivery Charges |
If your order is over £350 before V.A.T and your delivery address is within the UK mainland then you qualify for free delivery. If your order is below this amount then the carriage charge is £10 + VAT. Please note some Highland postcodes are subject to a surcharge that we are unable to fully cover. The cost of delivery to these areas will be dependent on the order. Full delivery charges will be stated before payment is taken.
Delivery to Northern Ireland is £12 + VAT. Delivery to Republic of Ireland is £18 + VAT.
Delivery to other destinations can be arranged and a quote for delivery will be provided on a confirmed order basis. |

| 2. Order Acknowledgment |
| Please note that any acknowledgement of an order is not acceptance and all orders are taken subject to availability. Although we do hold an extensive stock range and endeavour to satisfy all customer requirements, invariably on occasions this is not possible, we will however inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. |

| 3. Payment Terms |
All purchases are sold net 30 days where credit facilities have been agreed, otherwise payment is on a proforma basis where payment must be made in full before any goods will be dispatched. Overdue accounts will be charged interest at the rate set by the Government for overdue payments.
Until the price of the product has been paid in full, title to the product will remain vested in the company, who may, without prejudice to any legal remedy, repossess any unpaid product. The product will, as from the time of supply, be at the buyers risk. |

| 4. Any Problems |
| All discrepancies and damages with deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery, claims cannot be made after this time. If you are dissatisfied in any way with you order please call 0161 832 2381 and we will deal with your complaint. |

| 5. Returns Policy |
Not withstanding our standard Terms and Conditions and any applicable statutory rights, all returns must be agreed with Boardman Bros by telephoning our customer services team on 0161 832 2381 before any goods are sent back and obtaining a returns authorisation reference. This reference must be quoted clearly with any return to enable the return to be processed and a refund to be issued.
Unwanted items may be returned, but subject to satisfying the following criteria:
We must be notified within 48 hours of your receiving the product, and all returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please do not send returns without prior approval or credit will not be given.
Goods must be returned to us fully packaged, with proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch notes), unused and in a re-saleable condition at your cost, we will then make the refund.
All products sold which are end of lines, clearance or special offer price are non-returnable.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned to us. |
